Terms of Service

These terms cover the Discord bots DogByte and DogMate, the dashboard at panel.kalispro.uk and the LiveEcho app (together: “the tools”), made by KalisPro. By adding a bot to a server, logging in to the dashboard or using LiveEcho you accept them. Last changed: 16 October 2026.

Free of charge

The tools are free, with no paid plans and no ads. Support through buycoffee.to is voluntary and does not buy any extra features or guarantees.

Using the tools

• Follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and the rules of TikTok, Twitch and Kick.
• Do not use the tools to spam, harass people, break the law or harm Discord or other services.
• Do not try to break into the dashboard, overload it or get access to servers you do not manage.
• Server admins decide which features are on and are responsible for the messages and settings on their server.

No guarantee

The tools are provided as they are. I do my best to keep them running, but I cannot promise they will always work, that every alert will arrive on time, or that a feature will stay the same. They run on my own server, which restarts for a few minutes every night. External services such as Discord, Twitch, TikTok, Kick and game stores can change or stop at any time.

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for losses caused by using the tools or by their downtime.

Ending

You can stop at any time: remove the bot from your server, log out of the dashboard or uninstall LiveEcho. I can block access for anyone who breaks these terms, and I can change or end the tools. Important changes to these terms will appear on this page.

Privacy

What data the tools use is described in the Privacy Policy.

Regulamin

To, jakich danych używają narzędzia, opisuje Polityka prywatności.
